Competition Formats
When first starting out or even after competing for a while understanding what and how all the lingo means can be confusing. There are many different Sanctioning bodies that encompass the Disc Dog World and kn owing where to find information can be difficult at best. Disc Dog Nation attempts to bridge all the information and provide one centrally located place however as information changes constantly it is almost impossible to always keep pages updated properly therefore it is important to understand where the information originates from and check those sources often to ensure data integrity.
Listed below are the sanctioning bodies with a brief description of the organization and a link to a page where formats and criteria are defined in more detail. These are listed in no particular order and meant as a starting point. AGAIN , please visit the individual sites for official information regarding each organization. These are listed in no particular order.
